Our restaurant is rooted in the Trentino and Mediterranean culinary tradition. In fact, every day we prepare dishes for our guests that can convey part of the culture of our territory and our identity.
Good morning! The scent of coffee will pervade the environment until 10 am. Croissants, freshly baked bread, cereals, cured meats, various types of local cheeses, honey, sweets, eggs in different variations prepared on the spot, seasonal fruit and a kind smile will delight you for a pleasant awakening.
Lunch: It will be possible for our guests even not staying in the hotel to order à la carte (12 - 14:15) and, in the warm months, there will also be the opportunity to have lunch on our terraces overlooking the lake.
Dinner: In the evening, the half board menu will be waiting for you, prepared with care and passion by our chef, available in 3 courses alongside a rich vegetable buffet. It is still possible for the other guests to dine on the à la carte menu.
Newly built, the hotel cellar keeps the wines at the right temperature.
Over 100 labels from different companies are available in the card. On some special evenings it is possible to dine in the cellar, tasting refined dishes and local products accompanied by matching wines.

In recent times, we have become fully aware of the importance of working with the greatest possible respect for nature.
This is why we are committed to supporting the Slow Food community of the Altipiani Cimbri, buying local products at km 0 directly from producers in the area. In our restaurant and in the wine cellar it will be possible to taste local products. It is also possible to organize visits to the respective companies.
